In many cases slip hazards once identified can be greatly reduced, an anti-slip kitchen mat placed in front of the sink regularly exposed to water drips and splashes immediately reduces the likely hood of a slip, it’s anti-microbial properties make it ideal for these types of application. Kleen-Wave is another anti-slip product with anti-microbial properties perfect at home, around a swimming pool or sauna area, use of these products visually identifies the risk, demonstrates the known problems are being addressed whilst immediately reducing the risk along with the potential for an expensive claim.
One of our original and relatively unique health and safety products is the humble Kable-Mat, designed to reduce trips in a busy office. Manufactured with brightly coloured hazard tape around the anti-trip border to alert people of its presence, complete with a recessed back to house the cables, protecting them from damage and employees from trips. It’s inexpensive and easy to fit, ideally suited to any office supply range.
Last but not least we currently have three anti-fatigue mats within our range, sometimes referred to as motivational mats or productivity mats (the clue's in the name), these products are comfortable under foot, especially for employees stood for long periods of time at a work station. The closed cell nitrile foam is extremely durable and helps to promote the blood flow through the legs reducing general fatigue, whist also insulating the feet from cold floors, ideal in factories, workstations and counter areas.
